Initial Leadership
The Estate
Planning Council of the Emerald Coast, Inc. ("EPCEC")
was formed in August 2004 by
Jason E.
Havens of Destin-based
Havens & Miller, P.L.L.C; Deanna Muldowney
and Pamela Weathers, both CPAs of Destin-based
Carr, Riggs & Ingram,
LLC; and
David E. Barton, CLU
of the Destin office of the Northwestern Mutual Financial
Network. Shortly after the EPCEC's formation, Lori K.
Kelley, CPA of
O'Sullivan, Creel became the chair of the Programs
Committee, and Lisa Y. Pitell of the
Law
Office of Daniel C. Perri became the chair of the
Membership Committee.
